In the preface of the General High School Curriculum Plan(revised in 2017 and2020),it is clear that "the training goal of the general high school is to further improve the comprehensive quality of students and focus on the development of core literacy." Deep learning is an important way to implement the improvement of students’ comprehensive quality and the development of core literacy of disciplines.By giving full play to the students’ learning subjectivity,deep learning deeply understands and applies the important core qualities of the discipline,such as the concept of human-earth coordination,comprehensive thinking,regional certification,and geographical practice,behind the discipline knowledge,and pays attention to the cultivation of students’ innovative ability and critical thinking.In recent years,unit teaching has become a hot topic in teaching research and practical exploration in middle schools.By breaking the fragmentation of traditional teaching hours,integrating the resources of subject knowledge in a unit way,and designing the teaching process as a whole,we can effectively promote the in-depth learning of learners,implement the cultivation of students’ core quality of subjects,and improve the implementation level of the new geography curriculum in senior high school.However,at present,the theoretical research and practical application of geography unit teaching in senior high school are less.Therefore,this paper attempts to effectively integrate the two educational models of deep learning and unit teaching,and apply them to the teaching of geography in senior high school,to explore the feasibility and effectiveness of this model.This paper takes the high school teachers and students taught by the author as the research object,and carries out research activities through literature research,questionnaire survey,interview,data analysis and other methods.First of all,by consulting the learning literature,this paper summarizes the research status of deep learning and unit teaching at home and abroad,and provides theoretical support for exploring the compatibility of deep learning and unit teaching.Then,through the questionnaire survey,we can understand the current situation of senior high school students and teachers’ understanding and implementation of in-depth learning and unit teaching of geography,analyze the existing problems at this stage,and provide practical basis for this study.On this basis,the principles and paths of teaching design of geography unit teaching in senior high school based on deep learning are put forward.Finally,combined with the design and implementation of the high school geography unit teaching model based on in-depth learning,which takes the content of "Population" in the first unit of the second compulsory volume of the People’s Education Edition as an example,the feasibility and effectiveness of the combination of in-depth learning and high school geography unit teaching are tested through this case.The research results show that the high school geography unit teaching model based on deep learning has certain feasibility and effectiveness,and hope to provide some reference for senior high school geography teachers. |
