The Construction Of Community Governance Community Under Networked Perspective

As a practical activity to explore the path of community governance,Co-creation has been developed for more than ten years,and Hubei Province has combined Co-creation with urban renewal to create a better environment and happy life,which has achieved good results in rural and community areas.This is a successful exploration of building a community governance community.At present,academics still mainly study the construction path from the perspective of "state-government",while the power of party building is still shallowly explored.And too much attention has been paid to the concept of "community" construction,while the S community has achieved both through space creation and cultural construction.The current research mainly analyzes how to realize pluralism from the theoretical perspective,but the exploration of a systematic governance framework in practice still needs to be developed.Therefore,this paper takes S community as an example to elaborate the process of co-creation activities in S community,and analyzes the construction and operation logic of the subject behind the activities from the perspective of networking.This paper takes S community as the research object and conducts in-depth interviews with multiple subjects,such as S community residents,community workers,and volunteers,to understand the community management of S community before 2017 through interviews and integrate the information provided by different subjects about co-creation activities to have a more comprehensive grasp on the process and content of co-creation development in S community.At the same time,the author used the participatory observation method to record and summarize personal feelings of observation in S community as supplementary materials for the study.By comparing and analyzing the community management situation in S community before 2017 and the community governance situation after 2017,the reasons behind the successful implementation of co-creation activities in S community were summarized.As an exploration activity to realize a community governance community,co-creation must be carried out successfully by relying on a complete community governance system.With the help of a networked perspective,this paper analyzes the reasons why the S community governance system could be established after 2017 from multiple perspectives,including the internal and external environment,subjects,paths,and value concepts.Finally,it summarizes the experience of the activities and reflects on the process of S community activities,analyzing the shortcomings in the system construction from the experience itself and providing research clues for future studies.Ultimately,this paper’s observation and research on the process and results of S community creation has the following conclusions: First,S community has established a network-based pluralistic community governance model through party building leadership,government guidance,resident participation,and social entry.Secondly,in the networked structure,democratic consultation is carried out as a way and means to guarantee collective action in order to maximize effectiveness.Finally,the core of community governance community is to form a sense of community,therefore,in community governance not only to reach a consensus of interests to facilitate the cooperation of subjects,but also to promote community culture and build community public values in a timely manner on the basis of subject interaction.
