Social Integration Strategies Of New Generation College Students

At present,the New generation,dominated by the post-00 s generation,has gradually become the mainstream of contemporary college students in China.They grew up in China’s economy,science and technology,politics,culture are the rapid development of the period,formed their own unique group characteristics.Facing the ever-changing times,the new generation of college students should not only have solid knowledge and professional skills,but also have a strong ability to integrate into the society.Based on qualitative research and supplemented by quantitative research,this paper attempts to conduct a deeper analysis of the group characteristics of the new generation of college students.On the basis of previous studies,through data analysis,theoretical discussion,questionnaire survey and interview,this paper studies the social integration of the new generation of college students.Research shows that men integrate better than women;The social integration ability of science and engineering students is stronger than that of other majors.The social integration ability of graduate students is stronger than that of other grades.The "211 Project universities" have a better ability to integrate into society than ordinary universities and "985 project universities".Through the research,it is also found that the reasons for the poor social integration ability of part of the new generation of college students are mainly poor personal autonomous learning ability,lack of interpersonal skills and anti-frustration ability,low practical ability and innovation ability,and poor professional cognition and social cognition.This study analyzes and summarizes the factors that affect the social integration ability of the new generation of college students,and on this basis puts forward measures and suggestions to improve the social integration ability of the new generation of college students from four aspects: college students themselves,families,universities and society.The new generation of college students should improve their ability of social integration.First,the school should provide targeted systematic education and guidance.Secondly,the subjective efforts of the new generation of college students are closely related to social practice.Likewise,family support,encouragement and hands-off training are important;In addition,the whole society and employers should not neglect the acceptance and training of new people.
