| In recent years,the number of MBA candidates in China has been increasing,and the MBA pre-examination training industry has developed rapidly.In order to seize market share,many MBA pre-examination training institutions often unilaterally pursue short-term interests and ignore the service attribute of the training industry.In particular,they do not give full play to the role of personnel in service marketing,resulting in a decline in the satisfaction of institutional personnel,thus affecting the decline of personnel loyalty.As a result,the service quality provided to customers decreases,resulting in the decline of customer satisfaction and loyalty,which makes some customers lose confidence in MBA pre-examination training institutions,and the integrity of the industry also decreases.S Education Company studied in this paper is a training company mainly engaged in MBA pre-examination training.With the continuous development and growth of the company,the problem of low customer satisfaction which resulted from low personnel satisfaction in the company’s service marketing personnel strategy also appears.By using the personnel strategy theories like internal marketing and service marketing,and by combining the investigation and analysis results of personnel satisfaction of S Education Company,the purpose of this study is to put forward the optimization suggestions and guarantee measures of personnel strategy,so as to improve personnel satisfaction and loyalty,provide high-quality service,improve service quality,improve customer satisfaction and loyalty,and improve the performance of S Education Company and its market share in Wuxi.Review and analyse the relevant literature at home and abroad,mainly including service marketing 7p combination strategy,service marketing in education and training industry,personnel strategy,personnel strategy in education and training industry,service marketing triangle,internal marketing,service quality gap model,employee satisfaction and customer satisfaction.It is found that there is a lack of researches on personnel strategy in education and training industry.The research results of this paper will enrich the specific content of personnel strategy research in education and training industry more deeply and carefully.The thesis also defines and theoretically expounds the seven main theories involved,including service marketing 7p combination strategy,personnel strategy,service marketing triangle,internal marketing,service quality gap model,customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction,which lays a theoretical foundation for this study.After field visits and researches,we understand the current situation of S Education Company.According to the internal marketing theory,we come to the conclusion that the main problem existing in the personnel strategy of S Education Company is the decline of personnel satisfaction,which affects the decline of personnel loyalty,resulting in the decline of service quality for customers,which leads to the decline of customer satisfaction and loyalty and the decline of company performance.Through questionnaire survey and empirical analysis,this paper obtains the main factors affecting S Education Company’s personnel satisfaction: person-post matching,personnel training,growth expectation and support system.Based on the main influencing factors of the company’s personnel satisfaction and according to the internal marketing theory,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the optimization of the personnel strategy of S Education Company,including recruiting the best personnel,strengthening the development of employees’ service ability,focusing on employees’ growth expectations,improving the teaching service system,creating a strong service culture,and strengthening organizational guarantee,system guarantee and personnel guarantee measures to improve personnel satisfaction and loyalty,so as to provide high-quality service,improve service quality,improve customer satisfaction and loyalty,so as to improve the performance of S Education Company and improve its market share in Wuxi.This paper puts forward optimization suggestions and guarantee measures for the personnel strategy of S Education Company,which has important application reference value and promotion value for similar companies to improve service quality. |
