Family-based migration has gradually become the main form of migration of the floating population in my country. The decision-making body of migration behavior has changed from the individual to the family. As an important subsystem of society, the two have the same fate.Based on this,in the context of a mobile society, the study of "family" in the process of family migration is particularly important.Existing research simply regards family migration as the personal decision of some family members, which leads to insufficient logical analysis of family and society on this issue. In view of this, this paper takes the family emigration households in T Village,X County, northern Guizhou as the research object, focusing on the logical relationship between family and society, and analyzes the impact of family operation and development on society during the process of family migration,in order to put forward countermeasures and suggestions for family migration and rural governance. In this research, observation method and interview method are mainly used to analyze the current situation of family migration in T village and its social impact. On the basis of the investigation, combined with the "push-pull theory" and "rational choice theory",a rational analysis was carried out on the reasons for family migration in T village, and it was found that family migration was the result of the combined effect of geographical location and natural environment, the pull of urban public facilities, and the assistance of national policies. The result;at the same time,it is the rational choice of the family based on survival rationality, economic rationality and social rationality.Based on this, using the theory of structural functionalism, taking the family as the basic unit of analysis, the changes in family relationships, functions, and structures in the process of family migration and the resulting social objects involved, namely family members, places of emigration, and places of emigration, are analyzed.impact analysis. The analysis found that, first of all,as far as family members are concerned, the non-agriculturalization of family production functions, the “centralization of husband and wife” in family relationships,the“non-authoritarianization” of family control mechanisms, and the active liberalization of family education are more conducive to the younger generation’s self-awareness and innovation.Spirituality,self-reliance,and knowledge and skills have a positive impact, and at the same time, the shift of the focus of family relationships and family education are prone to anomie, which will lead to a self-identity crisis and role imbalance among the younger generation; The weakening of the traditional family pension function has led to the living, emotional and pension problems of the left-behind elderly in T village.Secondly,as far as the place of relocation is concerned, the non-agricultural function of family production, the diversification of family consumption, the humanization of family education, the congregation of multiple families, and the more positive effects on urban economy, culture and community construction, family migration also makes urban The burden is heavier.Furthermore, for the place of relocation,a large number of families have moved out,the village has been hollowed out,the main body of rural construction is missing, the traditional family agricultural production and traditional pension functions have been weakened, and the problems of rural land and pension have become prominent, making it difficult for the basic village affairs of T Village to be effective. At the same time, the pressure of helping the elderly increases. Finally,in order to better assist family migration and rural governance, urbanization and rural revitalization will be promoted. The paper initially puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions:break through the traditional urban and rural household registration barriers;strengthen public service infrastructure;increase agricultural financial support;promote the implementation of the "land reclamation" policy.
