A Practical Study On Social Work Intervention In Social Interaction Of Urban Low-income Familie

The Poverty and anti-poverty are issues of concern all over the world.By the end of 2020,there were 4.889 million urban families living on subsistence allowances among China’s urban poor.On the surface,the relative poverty of urban subsistence allowance families is manifested as lack of material and service,but on the deeper level,it is lack of corresponding ability,means and development opportunities.Studies have shown that the social interaction status of urban subsistence allowance families has a certain impact on their resource acquisition,demand satisfaction and individual ability development.Improving the quality of social interaction of urban subsistence allowance families has positive significance for improving their situation.As a professional force,it is of theoretical and practical significance for social work to exert its professional advantages to promote the social interaction of urban subsistence allowance families and improve their social interaction state.In this paper,qualitative research method is used to analyze the data by combining observation method and case study method with interview records and cases.Social interaction theory as the analysis framework,from social interaction be familiar with the situation and social situation dimensions,two situation of self,family members,three level social interaction between social members,in G institutions practice as the research sample,focuses on three questions: first,the urban low-income families the characteristics of the different levels of social interaction to present how? Second,what are the dilemmas of urban subsistence allowance families in different social interactions? How did these dilemmas affect their lives? Thirdly,it discusses the practice of social work’s social interaction intervention in urban subsistence allowance families,including the methods of use,service content,achievements and difficulties encountered.The results show that,firstly,the social interaction of urban subsistence allowance families is mainly characterized by kinship and homogeneity,and the degree of social interaction is insufficient,the scope is limited,and the frequency is low.Embodied in: members and the social interaction of self identity low interaction,the characteristics of the high frequency characteristics of cooperation and conflict between family members,social interactions with social members present strong dependent,interactive characteristic of low frequency,small scope of interaction.Second,in different social interaction situation,the existence of dilemma.In familiar situations,the social interaction dilemma of urban subsistence allowance families is as follows: lack of interaction skills,lack of in-depth interaction;Cognitive bias,lack of interaction ability;The intergenerational social interaction dilemma exists.In the social context,the social interaction dilemma of urban subsistence allowance families is as follows: insufficient economic conditions,limited scope of interaction;Limited interaction field,lack of peer interaction objects;Lack of confidence and initiative in interaction.Third,social workers from two situational dimensions,by conducting psychological adjustment,guide and encourage object,reshape the object of low cognitive difficulties existing in the social interaction to relieve the familiar situation,through the development theme education lectures,popularize skill method,we regularly organize group activities,to increase social interaction between form and content and links to resources all over the world,By responding to the needs of the objects and other ways,the social interaction opportunities are created for the subsistence allowance families in the social context.By cultivating the organization team,carrying out activities regularly and following up regularly,the continuation of the social interaction situation is maintained and the quality of social interaction of the urban subsistence allowance family members is improved.
