Practical Research On Improving The Professional Quality Of On-campus Social Workers Through Group Wor

With the rapid development of society,more and more applied talents have been paid attention by the state,and the research on the professional quality of such professionals has attracted the attention of scholars.Scholars in the field of social work research have realized that on the road of social work development in China,it is necessary to continuously improve the professional quality of social workers in order to provide high-quality services for service objects.School-based social work is a member of the category of social workers,and the issue of professional quality also needs to be paid attention to.The lack of professional quality will seriously affect the implementation of professional practice and the formation of professional norms.Therefore,its professional quality affects the long-term development of school social work.This paper focuses on the current situation of the professional quality of the social workers in the service point of the “ Accompanying School ” project.Through the work assessment form,interview method and observation method,we understand the current situation of the professional quality of the social workers in the school,carry out growth group activities,and expand new paths to improve the professional quality of the social workers in the school.At the same time,we alleviate the professional slack of the social workers in the school,and promote the positive development of their career.Through the practical group method to intervene in the problems existing in the professional quality of social workers in schools,the following conclusions are drawn.Group work has a positive effect on the improvement of the professional quality of social workers in schools.However,in the long run,the improvement of the professional quality of social workers in schools needs the joint efforts of schools,institutions and society.Schools should strengthen the curriculum education of the professional quality of social workers,improve the development mechanism of social workers in schools by institutions,create a good professional environment for social workers,adopt various ways to guide social workers to form a reasonable cognition of their profession,and promote social workers to establish a correct concept of professional development.
