| Due to the rampant epidemic at home and abroad,the pressure of grassroots community governance is increasing day by day.Based on the background of grassroots community governance,this paper discusses the optimization of "community workers" as stocks,combining the purpose of stock optimization.On the one hand,the employment rate of social work professionals is low and there are certain difficulties in professionalization.On the other hand,community-level community governance requires community workers to enhance their ability.The guidance of relevant policy documents such as the "14th Five-Year Plan" Notice of urban and rural Community service System Construction issued by The General Office of the State Council also requires that social workers be actively trained to participate in community-level community governance.Therefore,if social work can be used to integrate into the community and help community workers improve some professional abilities,it may effectively relieve the great pressure in grassroots community governance to a certain extent.Through the development of social work,social workers will be trained,and the staff in the community will be driven to improve the professional ability of social work,so as to jointly promote community governance,so as to better play the grass-roots power to help alleviate social problems.Based on the social work station of FX community in XY District,H Province,this paper completed the research on professional ability improvement with the purpose of stock optimization in cooperation with the staff in the community.Through questionnaire survey,group work and actual combat exercises and other methods to achieve the goal of professional ability improvement,and carry out relevant research services for the community,to help the community staff to improve the professional ability and skills of social work,both quantity and quality can better solve social problems for the residents of the community. |
