| At the end of 2016,11 departments including the Ministry of Education issued the Opinions on Promoting Primary and Secondary School Study Travel.It proposes to carry out study travel extensively in some grades of primary and secondary schools in China.It has been more than five years since the Opinions were released.What is the effect of study travel in different regions?Whether the desired goal is achieved?What problems have been encountered in the process?With these questions in mind,the author consulted a large number of literature materials,selected some primary school students,teachers,staff of study travel bases and education department in J District of Qingdao to conduct questionnaires and interviews.Through the analysis of questionnaire data,interview materials and related cases,five problems existing in the current study travel of primary schools in J district are founded : the education function is not prominent enough,the dominant position of teachers has not been fully developed,evaluation is a mere formality,study travel-related products are of uneven quality,industry regulation is not really working.Then it analyzes the reasons :unplanned activities,lack of professional talents,imperfect evaluation system,inadequate resource development ability,imperfect supporting policies;In the end,the author puts forward the countermeasures to optimize the study travel from five aspects:Firstly,study travel should be incorporated into the curriculum system and strengthen activity planning;Secondly,strengthen professional training,accelerate the training of professionals;Thirdly,improve the evaluation mechanism to ensure the actual effect of activities;Fourthly,build high-quality routes and smart platforms;Fifth,improve the guarantee mechanism and form synergy in supervision. |
