Study On The University Harmonious Relationship Between Teachers And Students In The New Era

The university is an important part of the community, and building a socialist harmonious society requires us to build harmonious universities. Teacher-student relationship is the most basic and the most important relationships between education and teaching process. It plays an important role in the effect of education and teaching activities and students’ physical and mental development. Teachers and students are the main body of the universities. The harmonious relations between them are directly related to the construction of a harmonious campus. In the New Era, though university teacher-student relationship is in the road of harmonious, it still exist some notes of discord. Through the questionnaires, interviews, document analysis and other methods, the article understands the reality of university teacher-student relationship and the main problems. From the community, schools, teachers and students, the article analyzes the discordant reasons of teacher-student relationship. The article is based on teacher-student relationship problems. Then it puts forward measures to build the harmonious relationship between teachers and students from the four levels in the Internet age.
