Recitation,as an effective reading method, has been highly valued since ancient times, and the ideological theories related to recitation have also been continuously generated.Among them, the theory of "seeking qi through sound"of the Tongcheng School has the most far-reaching impact. The connotation of the theory of "YinShengQiuQi" refers to the readers’ ability to grasp the syllable rhythm of words and sentences in a work by reciting classical Chinese texts,in order to achieve a deep understanding and understanding of the structural meaning of the work, the author’s spiritual temperament, and emotional attitudes and values. The Tongcheng School believes that the key method of seeking Qi through sound is recitation.Applying the theory of "YinShengQiuQi" to guide the teaching of classical Chinese reading in senior high schools conforms to the characteristics of classical Chinese works and the requirements of ordinary high school curriculum standards. At the same time,it can solve the problems of unclear reading objectives, overly simple handling of reading forms, and insufficient emphasis on the humanities of Chinese courses in classical Chinese reading teaching in senior high schools. Therefore, based on the literature research method and classroom observation method, this study combines the connotation and characteristics of the theory of "YinShengQiuQi,and analyzes the value, practical status, and existing problems of classical Chinese recitation teaching from the sound perspective, fully exploring the guiding value of the theory of seeking Qi from the sound for recitation teaching. This article attempts to improve and optimize the specific implementation strategies of classical Chinese reading teaching in senior high schools under the guidance of the theory of "seeking qi through sound",and systematically and scientifically guide the development of classical Chinese reading teaching in senior high schools. This paper is mainly divided into four parts,as follows:The first part is the introduction of the paper, which mainly discusses the origin of the topic selection, literature review, core concept definition, and research design of this study. The second part is the feasibility analysis of the application of Tongcheng School’s theory of "YinShengQiuQi" to the teaching of classical Chinese recitation.First of all, sort out the layout of the unified edition of high school Chinese textbooks, sort out the characteristics and teaching objectives of classical Chinese in high school;Secondly, systematically comb the historical evolution of recitation and clarify the specific concepts of recitation; Then it discusses the relevant content of the Tongcheng School’s theory of"YinShengQiuQi" and its contribution to the teaching of classical Chinese recitation, and demonstrates the feasibility of using the theory of"YinShengQiuQi" to guide the specific implementation of classical Chinese recitation in high schools. The third part is the teaching construction of reading classical Chinese in high school based on the theory of "YinShengQiuQi".Aiming at the current problems in the teaching of recitation of classical Chinese, this paper aims to use the Tongcheng School’s theory of "YinShengQiuQi" for theoretical guidance, mainly focusing on how to effectively use the recitation method in the teaching of classical Chinese in senior high schools. In terms of teaching objectives, teachers should pay attention to the essential requirements of classical Chinese teaching, pursue consistency between words and meanings, and seek Qi based on sound; In the teaching process, teachers should attach importance to the efficient use of reading strategies, lead students to immerse and repeat, recite words and minds, and achieve the re creation of texts; In teaching evaluation, teachers should pay attention to the pertinence of evaluation language, the diversification of evaluation subjects, and the diversification of reading inspection forms,so as to improve students’ awareness and ability of seeking Qi in classical Chinese reading due to sound. The fourth part is a teaching design based on the Tongcheng School’s theory of "YinShengQiuQi",taking "Shi Shuo" in the unified edition of Chinese textbooks as an example to optimize the implementation strategy of classical Chinese recitation and reading methods in senior high schools.
