| China is currently promoting the modernization of vocational education and constructing a new era of high-skilled talent.To expand the scale of skilled personnel and improve their quality,the vocational education system needs to be more perfect and the integration of industry and education should be deepened.School-enterprise cooperation in vocational education should be developed systematically to cultivate talents.Although vocational education reforms have made progress,Chinese curriculum management between schools and enterprises and the vocational education system still have limitations compared to developed countries.Therefore,it is important to research how to jointly reconstruct the curriculum system and strengthen curriculum management through school-enterprise cooperation.This study employs a combination of research methods,including literature research,survey research,text analysis,and case study methods,to investigate the curriculum management of vocational education programs based on modern apprenticeship systems.The study identifies the "skills acquisition model" as the theoretical basis for the research and analyzes its applicability to determine the research content of vocational education program management.Through surveys and text analysis,the study identifies several problems in curriculum management,including limited educational levels,lack of curriculum system management,and unclear positioning of internship course management.To address these issues,the study proposes solutions,such as building a diversified curriculum management system through school-enterprise cooperation,improving conditions for curriculum management through joint efforts between schools and enterprises,and strengthening quality assurance through joint efforts between schools and enterprises.By adopting these strategies,the study aims to provide effective and feasible curriculum management strategies for vocational education programs based on modern apprenticeship systems. |
