Under the "three new" background of new curriculum standard,new textbooks and new college entrance examination,the reform of education calls for classroom reform and teaching management innovation in every subject in high school.In the new 3 + 1 + 2 model,students do not pay enough attention to chemistry when the grade of chemistry is changed from original grade to grade.At the same time,the improper methods and strategies of teachers in chemistry classroom management are more likely to cause problems in chemistry classroom management.Therefore,the study of chemistry classroom management in senior high school is of practical significance to improve the quality of college entrance examination preparation,and the improvement strategy of chemistry classroom management in senior high school provides reference and inspiration for improving teachers’ classroom management ability,promoting students’ physical and mental health and the continuous development of schools.In this paper,three high school students and high school chemistry teachers in H district of G were selected as the research subjects,and the survey was conducted by questionnaire,interview and observation methods.Through the questionnaire survey of chemistry students and high school chemistry teachers,this paper discusses the current situation of chemistry classroom management in high school,including teachers’ understanding of classroom management goals,classroom management rules,classroom problem behavior management,and teachers’ concrete assessment of their own classroom management ability.With the help of classroom observation,we can understand the current situation and problems of chemistry classroom management in the third year of senior high school and how the classroom management of teachers promotes students’ learning.Through the investigation,the paper finds that the following problems exist in chemistry classroom management in senior year of high school: Chemistry classroom management goal orientation is not clear;Chemistry teachers’ classroom management ability needs to be improved;Inadequate interpersonal management in chemistry class;Chemistry classroom management environment is not good.Through the research and analysis,the main causes of classroom management problems are teachers,students and schools.Based on the above survey,this study proposes four strategies to improve the effectiveness of Chemistry classroom management in senior year: First,pinpoint the objectives of Chemistry classroom management and improve classroom management system.Secondly,to improve the classroom management ability of chemistry teachers;Third,establish harmonious teacher-student relationship;Fourth,create a good chemistry classroom environment.
