The "Guidelines for Kindergarten Education(Trial)" stipulate that kindergartens should consider game activities as the most basic activity behavior,laying the foundation for the position of games in kindergarten education.Mr.Chen Heqin said,"Children are born to be active,and play is their life." Play is children’s natural nature,and it is children’s active learning behavior of their own choice.The demand for educational development is fully reflected in children’s games,which has great value in promoting children’s emotional,physical,intellectual,and other aspects.Since 2012,the Tibet Autonomous Region has officially implemented 15 years of free compulsory education.The state has included preschool education in the compulsory education stage through a series of policies that benefit the people.Games are the most basic and important form of early childhood curriculum,playing a very important role in kindergarten education and the personal growth and development of young children.They have an extremely important position and role,but the management method of game courses in kindergartens in Tibet is single,The implementation effect of game courses is not high,and there is still a certain gap between games as a basic activity.The effectiveness of game curriculum management determines the effectiveness of game curriculum development.Games are the main form of kindergarten curriculum development,and good management of kindergarten game curriculum is not only conducive to promoting the implementation of other curriculum contents for young children,but also promotes the development of teachers’ professional abilities.Therefore,studying the efficient development of children’s game courses from the perspective of kindergarten management has important practical significance.This study will analyze the problems in kindergarten’s game curriculum and course management.The introduction and summary of this article introduce the reasons,purpose,significance,current research status,and research methods of this study.Based on the research topic,this article analyzes the problems and reasons in game course management,and proposes countermeasures.
