| The purpose of this study is to use FMS to evaluate students ’ deficiencies in stability, flexibility and motor control ability.According to the screening results, the corrective training is formulated and implemented for the experimental group students, and the FMS-based corrective training is integrated into the higher vocational roller skating teaching through the experimental method.Observe the effect of 16 weeks of corrective training on students ’ mastery of basic motor skills and reduction of sports injury risk in roller skating teaching, and draw the feasibility of applying corrective training to roller skating teaching. In this study, literature data method, expert interview method, questionnaire adjustment method, experimental method and mathematical statistics method were used to select male students from Class 4 and Class 5 of the 2021 roller skating project of Tianjin Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Technology as teaching objects.Class 4 was the experimental group and Class 5 was the control group, including 33 in the experimental group and 31 in the control group.FMS screening was carried out on the two classes before the roller skating teaching and correction training, and the correction training plan was formulated. The two classes were taught for 16 weeks, and the correction training was carried out in the experimental group. The control group only participated in roller skating teaching. To ensure the synchronization of roller skating teaching progress in the two classes, after 16 weeks of roller skating teaching and correction training, the students in the two classes were screened for FMS again, and the basic motor skills of roller skating were tested. The FMS score, the learning efficiency of roller skating basic movements and the risk of sports injury in roller skating are analyzed. The research results showed that:(1)The pre-experimental FMS test results of male roller skating elective students showed that the subjects’ problems mainly included poor balance, stability and flexibility, including weak lower limb strength, low flexibility and stability of hip, knee and ankle joints, and poor control ability of the body.(2)There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in FMS,and the total score was significantly different;Compared with the control group, the correction training is effective, but it still needs to be strengthened.(3)After the FMs-based corrective training, the test scores and total scores of each single action mode of the FMS in the experimental group were greatly improved, and there was a significant difference, indicating that the corrective training effect was good;In the control group, there was no significant improvement in the scores and total scores of most single action mode tests.(4)After the FMs-based corrective training, the test scores of basic motor skills of roller skating in the experimental group were significantly improved; After the roller-skating quality training, some basic motor skills test scores of the control group were significantly improved, but the improvement effect was not as good as that of the experimental group.(5)FMs-based corrective training can improve the functional motion screening scores of male roller skating students, reduce motion compensation, and improve the flexibility and stability of body joints; And effectively reduce the risk of sports injury; At the same time,it has a good promoting effect on mastering basic motor skills of roller skating. Conclusion: Compared with the traditional quality training of roller skating, the FMs-based correction training has a better effect on the score of the FMS test and the score of the basic motor skills test of roller skating students, and can prevent sports injuries more effectively. |
