A Practical Study On The Linkage Between Social Work Institutions And Voluntary Organizations In Community Service

As two main social forces,the joint practice of social workers and volunteers has appeared in some areas with rapid economic development in China,and it shows a good prospect of social cooperation.The two carry out linkage,can realize complementary advantages,promote common development,so as to achieve a "win-win" situation.However,the linkage mode between the two is still in the stage of development and is not mature,so it still needs to be explored and studied.The analysis and research from the level of institutions and organizations is not only a supplement to the joint development model of social workers and volunteers in China,but also can provide reference experience for future services,which has important practical significance for promoting social service and social welfare undertakings in China.In this paper the author personal internship experience in the center of the WM development as the foundation,to participate in the organization of the "three social linkage" Huimin community service projects,through participatory observation,field interview methods,the WM social organization development center and the volunteer service organization under the background of government project lead,in the community service activities in cooperation way,state were studied.From the perspective of social workers,firstly,a brief introduction is given to the Huimin project,and the internal and external motivation and content of the joint services are sorted out.Then,the linkage status of the two in community service development is analyzed,including the early stage of the relationship between the two under the guidance of government service projects,strong awareness of cooperation within the group,independent of each other outside the group,there is not much intersection,just to complete the service objectives.At the present stage,with the advancement of service projects,the two begin to integrate into each other and carry out cooperation.Both sides play their respective roles and have their own division of labor,resulting in good service results.But also exposed in the process of the linkage between the two problems,including the level of human resources insufficiency,the subject consciousness is not strong,deep understanding of linkage is not the linkage of superficial surface layer,to carry out the type of service due to the limitations of single,then perform causal analysis of social work organization and volunteer organization reflection summarized linkage mode at present stage.Study the linkage process of social work institutions and voluntary organizations in community service under the guidance of government service projects,find the problems existing in the linkage process,so as to improve the linkage mode between the two and promote and apply it,so as to improve the linkage mechanism between social work institutions and voluntary organizations.It can also provide valuable reference experience for the linkage cooperation between social work institutions and voluntary organizations in the future,improve the level and ability of social workers and volunteers to carry out social services,promote the common development of social work and voluntary services,and help build a better and harmonious society.
