| The Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China has put forward clear requirements for the reform of basic education,namely,the in-depth development of quality education,the continuous advancement of educational equity and the promotion of the all-round development of talent cultivation.This means that China’s basic education reform has entered a new historical stage,with core literacy as the key point of cultivation,and the individualized and comprehensive development of students.The focus is on the ability of students to learn for life and the future of long-term development.The formulation and conciseness of the core literacy of the discipline is the embodiment and refinement of the party’s educational policy,and has important guiding significance for the disciplined curriculum reform.Specifically speaking,the ideological and political disciplines in senior high schools,based on their own discipline requirements and characteristics,have condensed the core qualities of four disciplines:political identity,scientific spirit,awareness of the rule of law and public participation.Among them,cultivating students’political identity is the most fundamental task of the ideological and political discipline,and is the inner soul and common symbol of other accomplishments.Therefore,the cultivation of students’ political identity literacy is the most important issue in the course of Ideological and Political Curriculum in senior high schools.This article is divided into three parts.The first part analyzes the concept of political identity literacy and its importance.By differentiating the two similar concepts of political identity and political identity literacy,this paper summarizes the concept,content and characteristics of political identity literacy.Based on the relevant content of the ideological and political curriculum standard of senior high school in 2017,combined with the characteristics of the psychological development of senior high school students,this paper summarizes the cultivation requirements of political identity literacy and the psychological development mechanism.At the same time,political identity literacy is the embodiment of the task of high school ideological and political courses.Its cultivation and implementation are of great significance to the political socialization development of high school students and the reform of classroom teaching.In the second part,this paper analyzes the difficulties faced by the current political identity literacy in the process of cultivating and implementing through the interview analysis of teachers and the questionnaire survey of students.This paper mainly analyses and discusses the problems and difficulties in the cultivation of students’ political identity literacy from five aspects:the restriction of teachers’ teaching ideas,the influence of students’ own factors,the complexity of teaching materials,the imperfection of inquiry activities and the one-sided teaching evaluation criteria.The third part,linking the research results with practical experience,combining the difficulties of cultivating students’ political identity literacy in the second part,from the perspectives of teaching subject,teaching intermediary and teaching evaluation,analyses the Cultivation Strategies of teachers’ political identity literacy from five aspects:cultivating skills of teachers,learning ability of students’ political identity literacy,and students’ political recognition.The theoretical cognition of the same literacy,the cultivation environment of political identity literacy and the evaluation system of political identity literacy. |
