| Tax service is an important part of tax collection and management.China’s tax system has gradually entered the era of Internet plus with the development of information technology.Under the background of building China into a network power and optimizing business environment,it is necessary to explore new tax service mode.By analyzing the current difficulties of tax service of Guang’an tax bureau,the promotion effect of mobile tax service on tax service of Guang’an tax bureau and the demand of mobile tax service,we know that the construction of mobile tax service mode is an important way to improve tax service of Guang’an City.Based on the construction and effectiveness of mobile tax service of Guang’an Taxation Bureau,this paper finds that although there is certain investment in the construction of mobile tax service,in the ranking of satisfaction evaluation of taxpayers in the whole province in 2020,the role of mobile tax service in improving the satisfaction of tax service is not obvious.Around this issue,in order to explore the problems of mobile tax service in Guang’an City,combined with the research results of mobile tax service in recent years and the practical experience in Guang’an tax bureau,this paper uses the new public service theory,tax compliance theory and seamless government theory,and uses the method of literature analysis and questionnaire to analyze the mobile tax service in Guang’an tax bureau This paper analyzes the current problems and causes of tax.Based on the questionnaire of taxpayers and tax staff,this paper summarizes the following problems: Mobile tax is a mere formality,taxpayers have not formed the habit of mobile tax,system stability and security is not enough.After analyzing the problems and causes of the mobile tax service in Guang’an City,in order to make the proposed improvement suggestions more effectively improve the level of tax service in Guang’an City and improve the satisfaction of taxpayers,this paper makes a statistical analysis of the 212 point Ritter scale collected from the questionnaire by using the statistical method,and obtains the perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,system quality and service quality Service experience has a significant impact on taxpayers’ satisfaction with using mobile tax.Therefore,based on these variables,this paper expands and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the mobile tax service of Guang’an Taxation Bureau,including.Based on the theory of new public service and seamless government,this paper uses and realizes the mobile tax service,focuses on the problems and reasons in the grass-roots mobile tax construction and its service work,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of improving the satisfaction of taxpayers and the actual tax service work,which has a certain reference for the future mobile tax service work significance. |
