| Under the background of China’s economy entering a new era,the focus of China’s development has changed from the pursuit of speed to the pursuit of quality.Domestic enterprises have begun to carry out quality management and strive to achieve results in terms of efficiency,management and social contribution.At the same time,the national management clearly put forward the "double carbon" strategic goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutralization at the 75th United Nations General Assembly,which will have an important impact on a series of high carbon emission enterprises.How to improve quality and achieve long-term development in the context of "double carbon" has become an urgent problem to be solved.Strengthening performance management from seven aspects:leadership,strategy,customer and market,resources,process management,measurement,analysis and improvement and results,and implementing excellent performance management model can effectively help enterprises realize transformation.Based on the above background,this paper selects G company,which operates electric heating production in the region,as the research object,and makes a comprehensive analysis on its development overview,internal and external environment and management status.At the same time,pay attention to the impact of the "double carbon" goal on G company from multiple aspects such as production facilities,employee structure and innovation strategy,and reasonably analyze the development focus and direction of power related enterprises under the background of "double carbon".On this basis,referring to the application mode of excellent performance management,it is found that the shortcomings of the existing management mode of G company and the far-reaching impact of the "double carbon" goal on it need to implement the excellent performance management mode to promote sustainable development.In the specific promotion process,this paper focuses on G company from three aspects:introduction,implementation and guarantee.In the introduction process,we pay attention to the overall planning and preparation of the company in the early stage and lay a top-down foundation;The implementation process is carried out from the seven dimensions of performance excellence evaluation criteria,which complement and support each other;The guarantee part pays attention to the realization of management effect in order to achieve the purpose of research.Through the in-depth analysis of G company,this paper hopes to provide reference for relevant energy production and supply companies on how to establish excellent performance management mode in the "double carbon" period,and help them improve their core competitiveness and achieve long-term and efficient development under the background of transformation. |
