Research On Tax Service Satisfaction Of Lingcheng Tax Bureau

With the development of the current society,the people have higher expectations for a good material and cultural life.For government departments,the previous service concept and service mode can no longer meet the masses’ requirements for the development needs of contemporary society.Therefore,the government needs to build a people-centered and whole-hearted government through reform,so as to achieve a balance between economic and social development,and then maximize social public interests.The tax bureau plays a fundamental,pillar and guarantee role in economic development as the main functional department.It is very important to establish a harmonious relationship between tax bureau and taxpayers.Tax payment services and tax collection and administration are the core work of tax department.The level of taxation service is directly related to the development of tax work.Taxpayer satisfaction directly reflects the level of taxation service of tax department.Therefore,improving taxpayers’ satisfaction and optimizing tax payment services are crucial for establishing harmonious tax collection and payment relationship.Firstly,on the basis of combing the research background,research significance and research status at home and abroad,the author will introduce related concepts and theoretical basis.In the concept section,the author will defined tax service and tax service satisfaction.The theoretical basis includes New public service theory,New public management theory,Tax compliance theory and Service administration theory.Secondly,the author will investigate and analyze the current situation and satisfaction of tax payment service of Lingcheng District Tax Bureau,include General situation of Lingcheng District Tax Bureau,effect of Tax service of Lingcheng District Tax Bureau and results of questionnaire survey on satisfaction of tax service of Lingcheng District Tax Bureau.Thirdly,this article analyzes the problems and causes of satisfaction of tax payment service in Lingcheng District Tax Bureau.Finally,the author will put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the tax service of Lingcheng District Tax Bureau.
