Research On Tax Service Optimization Of Fujin Taxation Bureau

In taxation work,taxation service is a crucial part,and optimizing taxation service is also an important measure to build a harmonious society and a service-oriented government.In recent years,taxpayers’ needs for tax payment services have shown a trend of individualization and diversification.In order to adapt to the new situation and changes,Fujin Municipal Taxation Bureau is also constantly exploring high-quality and high-level tax payment services,and has made certain progress and achievements.However,the overall level of tax payment service of Fujin Tax Bureau is still relatively low due to the long-standing concept that is not easy to be reversed,the weak consciousness of tax payment service,the imperfect tax payment service mechanism and other reasons.Starting from the new public service theory,demand level theory and tax compliance theory,this paper takes Fujin Tax Bureau as the research object.Use literature research,questionnaire survey,field research,interviews and other methods to find the problems existing in the current tax service.And through a deep analysis of the causes of the problems,a practical optimization scheme is designed.Firstly,according to the guidance of the State Administration of Taxation on further standardizing the taxpayer satisfaction survey,representative survey questions and options are designed.Through the analysis and comparison of the survey results,the tax service level of Fujin tax bureau is evaluated separately.Secondly,based on the actual work,the internal and external personnel of the Tax Bureau were interviewed for their feelings of tax service,and the results of the questionnaire were further supplemented and improved.Thirdly,according to the analysis results of questionnaire and interview,the optimization scheme is designed from the aspects of service concept,publicity plan,information construction,service level,collaboration and linkage,so as to better serve taxpayers and make positive contributions to the modernization of taxation and the development of Fujin tax service.Optimizing taxation services can shorten taxation time,lower taxation costs,and and promote the tax compliance of taxpayers.It also plays an important role in building a service-oriented government and a harmonious society.With the increasing demand of taxpayers,it is necessary to optimize tax payment service,which is not accomplished overnight,but a long-term and arduous task.
