Research On Performance Management Optimization Of Robot Project Manager Of A Company

A Company is an enterprise in the field of intelligent manufacturing and industrial robot industry.Its main business is robot system integration.It is located in the downstream of the industrial robot industry chain and provides end customers with use solutions and services through secondary development and design.Its competitors are mainly concentrated in China,and it relies on robot non standardization projects.Project management ability is very important for the company.Efficient and modern management ideas are urgently needed.A Company is also deeply aware of the urgent need for performance management optimization of robot project managers.Taking the robot project manager of A Company as the object,this thesis combs and studies the relevant theories of performance management.Through the in-depth understanding of the company and the comprehensive use of questionnaire and interview,this thesis explores the current situation of performance management of robot project manager.We have collected more ideas and information from robot project managers and managers.Through combing and analysis,we find that there are some problems in the performance management system.The main problem is that the performance index system is not comprehensive and unreasonable without overall and systematic consideration,and employees and managers do not understand and understand performance management in place,and lack of performance result application system,and failure to integrate with other management activities of the company,and the performance evaluation subject is single and the cycle is too long.We further analyze the current performance management system in view of the existing problems.Under the guidance of the company’s strategic development objectives,we re optimized and designed the performance management system of robot project manager in A Company.We first conduct job analysis on the post,and then decompose it layer by layer from the company strategy to the post index to build the post performance index system.We optimize the assessment subject and cycle,and establish a performance result application system and guarantee system.The purpose of this thesis is to effectively improve the post performance through the research on the performance management system of robot project manager,and create more benefits for A company.It can provide a reference for the performance management of project personnel in the robot system integrati on industry,and attract more enterprises in the industry to pay attention to the performance management of project managers.
