| Compensation incentive mechanism is an important part of the development of the organization,which can enhance the enthusiasm of employees to a certain extent,so as to better stimulate their work motivation,so that every employee can play the maximum value.The development zone is the product of The Times formed in the process of China’s reform and opening up,and has made important contributions to China’s economic reform and development.In recent years,the research on the human resource management system in China’s development zone has been paid attention by all walks of society.This paper takes Guizhou XP Development Zone as an example to study the current situation and existing problems of the development zone compensation incentive mechanism,and puts forward the corresponding improvement strategies and safeguard measures.Through empirical research,it is found that Guizhou XP Development Zone has compensation incentive mechanism lacks interest incentive power and independent distribution power,unscientific salary arrangement,and lack of effective incentive.In this regard,this paper proposes that in the development of development zones,we should pay attention to the role of compensation incentive mechanism to make the performance assessment of employees more scientific.Enterprises should take corresponding incentive measures to affirm the work of employees,set a benchmark in the organization,and encourage other employees in the organization to follow the benchmark.In order to make the development zone more healthy development,the zone should constantly explore the application of compensation incentive mechanism.In view of the management characteristics of integrating government and enterprise in most development zones,the salary incentive influence factors in the development zones are more complex and extensive.From the government level,the leaders in the development zones should ensure that the incentive policies are consistent with the broader economic goals and objectives,enhance the transparency of relevant information,and conduct strict evaluation.The government should encourage businesses to provide more jobs for Society.Enterprises can combine the nature of the industry and the development of employees to formulate employee incentive programs to promote their skills improvement and development. |
