| For enterprises,performance appraisal is a very critical link,which can evaluate the performance of subordinate staff at corresponding stages or in a certain period,stimulate their work motivation,make the company continue to develop,and has the two characteristics of sustainability and organization.Under the development of modern enterprise management,China’s managers pay more and more attention to performance evaluation,and began to be widely used in public institutions.Among them,the nature of military research units is special,and their performance assessment gets little attention.However,as an important organization related to national defense and security,the performance assessment of military research units is also important.This research mainly starts with the practical application of performance appraisal in military research units,and adopts the method of combining theoretical analysis and case analysis to study and design the performance appraisal indicators of military research units,in order to provide reference for the construction of performance appraisal system of military research units.This paper,focusing on X Military Industry Research Institute,focuses on the investigation and analysis of the status quo and problems of its performance evaluation,and clarifies the importance of KPI and the necessity of its evaluation.According to the working characteristics of X Military Research Institute,the basic criteria for establishing KPI assessment indicators are given,and a KPI index system is established combined with the characteristics of X Military Research Institute itself.Finally,combined with the case of X Military Industry Research Institute,the performance of the index is evaluated by means of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The results show that the KPI model is more in line with the performance appraisal index system of X Military Industry Research Institute.The formulation of KPI performance evaluation index system of X military scientific research institutes is closely related to the annual(medium-and long-term)goals of all departments.In the performance evaluation of X Military Industry Research Institute,the focus is on building a set of performance indicators that can take into account the performance,process and characteristics of the unit.The establishment of a sound KPI evaluation support system can guide and promote the performance evaluation of X Military Industry Research Institute. |
