| As the power source of the organization,the enterprise needs to constantly meet the needs of employees to promote their maximum potential to achieve organizational goals for the enterprise.But with the development of era,the emergence of dual-career couples,the phenomenon such as an ageing population makes employees family responsibilities is getting heavier and heavier,which makes some traditional formal organization of employees family support the role of more and more small,enterprises increasingly need to find a more effective way to help balance the employee’s work family issues,This is also the current human resources management urgently need to solve the problem.Therefore,family support supervisor in the sights of the scholars,family support type head as an informal organization form of family support,is refers to the director of helping employees to manage the behavior of the relationship between work and home,but at present domestic related research is not enough rich,at the same time and the inner mechanism of the performance remains to be clarified,Further extension studies are needed to provide more reliable recommendations for organizations.Through 278 questionnaires collected from employees of in-service enterprises,SPSS and AMOS were used to conduct relevant inspection and analysis on the collected data,and the research conclusions were obtained.At the same time,it also provides many management enlightenment to organizations and managers,mainly including:(1)For the organization,more training or organizational culture can be provided to supervisors to enable them to carry out more and better familysupporting behaviors,thus promoting the work performance of employees.(2)For the supervisor,it is necessary to pay attention to the differences of different employees and not to implement a one-size-fits-all policy. |
