| With the rapid economic development of Guangdong Province,urban construction is accelerating,and the urban population is also increasing.In order to satisfy the economic,material,spiritual,and cultural aspects of the population moving into the city,the society has also put forward new requirements for the construction of new urbanization.One of the main factors that restrict the rapid development of cities is the limited area of ??urban construction land.When the relatively limited urban construction land area reaches a high saturation,how to improve the utilization efficiency of the existing construction land and better provide new urbanization development? Space resources have become a problem that cities in Guangdong Province need to think about.There is a certain correlation between the development of new urbanization and the utilization efficiency of construction land.Theoretically,in the early stage of urban development,due to the sufficient stock of land in the process of rapid urban expansion,it is easy to lead to the situation of exchanging scale for benefits.When the new-type urbanization develops to a certain stage,in order to continuously promote the construction of the new-type urbanization,it is necessary to improve the utilization efficiency of the construction land within the limited construction land area.Therefore,the improvement of the utilization efficiency of urban construction also has a positive feedback on the development of the new-type urbanization.effect.Taking Guangdong Province as the research area,this paper focuses on the research on the quality of new-type urbanization development,the evaluation of urban construction land use efficiency,and the research on the correlation between the two.Use efficiency and the coupling and coordination of the two to analyze.Firstly,a new-type urbanization development quality evaluation system was constructed from five dimensions: population urbanization,economic development,social development,ecological environment,and urban-rural coordination.The global autocorrelation and local autocorrelation of variables were used to analyze the spatial relationship of new-type urbanization in various prefecture-level cities in Guangdong Province.Arc GIS 10.2 software was used to segment the new-type urbanization development quality according to the comprehensive scoring level to study the spatiotemporal evolution of the new-type urbanization development quality.Secondly,from the three dimensions of input,expected output and undesired output,seven indicators are selected to construct the evaluation system of urban construction land utilization efficiency in Guangdong Province,and the whole Guangdong Province is studied through the Super-SBM model based on undesired output.The static construction land use efficiency during the period was evaluated and analyzed,combined with the GML index to explore the dynamic construction land use efficiency in Guangdong Province;finally,the bivariate global autocorrelation and coupling coordination model and decomposed Gini coefficient were used to evaluate the new type of construction land use efficiency in the whole research period of Guangdong Province.Coupling coordination and regional differences between urbanization development quality and construction land use efficiency are studied.Research indicates:(1)Although the quality of new-type urbanization development in Guangdong Province continued to rise throughout the study period,the overall level was at a low level.There is still a large gap between the eastern,western and northern regions of Guangdong and the Pearl River Delta region,and the gap has not changed significantly during the study period.Cities with high quality of new urbanization development are concentrated in the areas centered on Zhongshan and Dongguan,the cities with lower quality of new urbanization are concentrated in the areas centered on Meizhou and Maoming.(2)The utilization efficiency of construction land in the whole province is between0.615-0.928,and the utilization efficiency is low.The efficiency of construction land in northern Guangdong ranks first,the Pearl River Delta region ranks second,eastern Guangdong ranks third,and western Guangdong ranks fourth.There is a large gap in the efficiency value of construction land.The increase in total factor production efficiency of construction land use efficiency is mainly due to the improvement of the technological progress index,and there is still a lot of urban land that has not been revitalized.(3)The coupling and coordination degree of new urbanization development quality and construction land use efficiency in various regions and local-level cities showed an upward trend during the study period,and cities with higher coupling and coordination degrees were distributed in the Pearl River Delta region.The difference in coupling coordination between the development quality of new urbanization and construction land use efficiency in Guangdong Province showed a downward trend during the study period. |
