Wuhan is located in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, it is also located in the eastern part of the Jianghan Plain, Yangtze River and Hanjiang River pass through it, it is known as "the thoroughfare to nine provinces", Wuhan plays as an important strategy point of growth and development pole to the Yangtze River Economic Zone, Wuhan city circle, as well as the middle reaches of the Yangtze River city group . Wuhan as the central city of China.The study on the coordinated development of land use efficiency and urbanization in Wuhan is of great significance to improve the urbanization of Wuhan,improve the land use efficiency and improve the sustainable development of land.This paper takes Wuhan the leading city of the Wuhan city circle as a starting point,combining with the urban location, urban characteristics and future development of Wuhan to study the coupling coordination problem of land use efficiency and urbanization in Wuhan can not only put forward the future development direction of the coupling coordination in land use efficiency and urbanization in the process of construction of Yangtze River economic belt and the development of Wuhan,but also promote Wuhan’s experience and practice to the outside in the building of modern city,city construction ,promoting the Yangtze River Economic belt and the Urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River etc. It provides some reference for the research of urban land use efficiency and urbanization in other large and medium-sized cities in central china.This paper mainly uses the method of literature research, system analysis, and the combining qualititive analysis with quantitative analysis. The paper analyses the current situation of land use efficiency and urbanization in Wuhan; to construct the evaluation index system of land use benefit from four aspects:economic benefits,social benefits,ecological benefits and enviromental benefits; to build the evaluation index system of urbanization from four aspects: economy urbanization,population urbanization,social urbanization and spatial urbanization, in order to build the urban land use efficiency and the urbanization coupling development model, this paper studies the coupling degree and coordination of the land use benefit from 2002 to 2015 in Wuhan, in order to reach the conclusion and put forward relevant policy suggestions.In this paper, we found that the coupling degree between land use efficiency and urbanization from 2002 to 2015 in Wuhan is in the stage of antagonistic,in the past 14 years,the coupling degree between urbanization and land use efficiency in Wuhan has not changed much,fluctuated between0.4837 to 0.5,the relationship between land use efficiency and urbanization is in the state of mutual competitionit is shown that the coupling state between the two is low, and there is no obvious qualitative change; the coupling coordination degree between land use efficiency and urbanization in Wuhan is changing from 0.1536to0.4597 from 2002 to 2015,the coordination degree of land use efficiency and urbanization can be divided into 4 stages: it belongs to the serious maladjustment type from 2002 to 2005; it belongs to the moderate disorder type from 2007 to 2008 ; it belongs to the mild disorder type from 2009-2011; it belongs to the brink of disease type from 2012 to 2015.Although the coupling degree of land use efficiency and urbanization in Wuhan is still in the stage of maladjustment, the coupling coordination between them is increasing, the land use efficiency and urbanization is in the development of synchronization in the five years of 2003,2004,2005,2006,2009.In the past four years, the land use efficiency and urbanization in Wuhan are developing towards a benign trend,the degree of coordination between the two is better and better ,and the rest of the year is the lag of urbanization.Finally this paper puts forward 5 aspects mainly from the following path: to increase the construction of ecological environmental protection in city; to promote social development of urbanization; to improve the quality of city population; to improve the quality of city space;to optimize the layout of the city’s overall development, and to promote the city development. |
