Research On The Implementation Of Rural Revitalization Strategy In Changshou District In The Post Poverty Alleviation Era

With the completion of poverty alleviation and the comprehensive elimination of absolute poverty by the end of 2020,the poverty alleviation strategy has changed from targeted poverty alleviation to rural revitalization.In the post poverty alleviation era,how to better implement the Rural Revitalization Strategy and make all the 1.4 billion people,including the residents living in the vast rural areas,rich together has become a difficult problem that grass-roots administrators must face.The Rural Revitalization strategy involves all aspects of people’s lives in "Shouxiang",which brings changes to everyone,but also brings many problems.Under the background that the overall poverty alleviation has been achieved in the post poverty alleviation era,this paper selects Changshou District,a large agricultural region in Chongqing as the research object,and uses research methods such as literature analysis,questionnaire survey and comparative research to introduce 6964 households in 10 poverty-stricken villages from four aspects: the basic solution of "two worries and Three Guarantees",the guidance of Party construction and the cohesion of tackling key problems,the solid implementation of targeted poverty alleviation measures and the comprehensive guarantee of social assistance The earth shaking changes brought by 19649 people.Using the unbalanced development theory and unbalanced governance theory,combined with the current situation of the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy in Changshou District in the post poverty alleviation era and the deficiencies found in the field investigation,this paper further analyzes the causes of the problems faced by the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy in Changshou District in the post poverty alleviation era,and provides feasible countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the comprehensive revitalization of221 villages(communities)in 19 streets and towns in Changshou District.Through field research,it is found that there are six specific problems in the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy of Changshou District in the post poverty alleviation era.One is the phenomenon of abandoned cultivated land in some rural areas,the second is the lagging development of rural e-commerce logistics,the third is the lack of talents,which seriously restricts rural development,the fourth is the phenomenon that affects the harmony of rural civilization from time to time,the fifth is that the employment form of rural residents is still severe,and the sixth is that the team of rural doctors needs to be standardized.Combined with the actual situation of Changshou District and according to the relevant unbalanced theories,this paper puts forward the optimized ways to promote the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy in Changshou District from six aspects: developing modern agriculture according to local conditions,innovating rural e-commerce logistics mode,supporting and cultivating local talents,promoting the construction of rural civilization,implementing quality improvement actions in the field of human resources and social security,and strengthening the construction of rural doctors.
