Under the background of the economic global integration,the society is transforming to the knowledge economy,and enterprises are also facing more and more fierce competition.Human resource management is not only the homework of enterprises and institutions,but also the national strategy.J company's photovoltaic industry is walking ahead the wave of globalization,from global manufacturing to global marketing,from cultural differentiation interpretation to transnational management.The daily operation of enterprises cannot be separated from the management for talents.As an intelligent new energy manufacturing enterprise,J company sets a special position called technical service.This position requires for reserving rich industry technical knowledge and capability for production and quality management system as well as business and market positioning.The choice and training for technical service talents is much more difficult than that for general technical service or support,and the quit rate has been high all the time.The brain drain of technical service talents is a huge loss for companies and departments.Although the solar photovoltaic industry is still a sunrise industry,domestic manufacturers have been a trend.No matter for the market strategy or the human resource management strategy,competitors have been keeping an eye on the industry's top 1 J company.An in-depth study on the brain drain and consideration over whether it can be applied to other departments within the company to achieve a reduction in the company's human management costs(recruitment,training,pay differences,etc.)and enhance the company's human resources strategy capabilities.This is not only a problem J company needs to think and solve urgently,but also an important topic been thought about by the head of the department.It has been a general phenomenon in enterprises and institutions in China for the loss of professional technical talents.Many scholars or authors hold a general view that the salary is not good or the work intensity is high.This paper tries to use more management theory methods such as the "two-factor” theory “EVLN” and “ERG”models to seek for the solution for the brain drain of technical service talents for J Company.Provide some experience to all departments of the company or other related enterprises in the special brain drain management at the same time.Provide the human resources strategy support for the enterprise brand building.
