Abstract/Summary:
The trade friction between China and the United States has gradually deepened,which has had a profound impact on the development of many enterprises,industries and technology in China.With the increasing downward pressure of the economy,the cost pressure of enterprises also increases,which brings great challenges to enterprises to retain technical talents.How to create a working environment with a scientific and fair incentive mechanism has become an urgent problem for enterprises.Based on the talent drain theory,this paper investigates and studies the technical talent drain of HWDZ company,and summarizes and analyzes the causes of technical talent drain by using the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods,so as to have a deeper understanding of technical talent drain theory.On this basis,aiming at practical problems,this paper puts forward targeted and operable system solutions.The personal,organizational,environmental and other factors affecting the loss of Technical talents in HWDZ company are divided into two categories and different countermeasures are taken at three levels: personal factors and organizational factors are controllable factors of the enterprise,and the countermeasures are specifically implemented by the relevant functional departments of HWDZ company;Environmental factors are uncontrollable factors of the enterprise.The subordinate organs of the board of directors and the board of supervisors of the enterprise independently play their functions to provide safeguard measures for each functional department of HWDZ company to avoid environmental risks and seize external opportunities.On the basis of enriching the theories and methods related to brain drain,this study provides countermeasures and suggestions for improving the management ability of technical talents of HWDZ company and optimizing talent development.This paper has strong practicability,especially for private enterprises to solve the problem of technical brain drain.
