Research On Food Safety Supervision Of Network Catering In Wujin District

With the rapid development of Internet economy,online catering develops rapidly by taking advantage of electronic payment and digital era.After going through a large number of third-party platforms in the early stage of "hegemony",it gradually develops steadily and becomes increasingly mature.But the ensuing network catering food safety issues have gradually become the focus of hot discussion,the new industry supervision of the government’s management ability and credibility put forward a new test.How to improve the supervision of online catering food safety is an urgent topic to be studied and solved.On the basis of summarizing the current situation of online catering food safety supervision in Wujin District,this thesis analyzes five problems existing in the supervision of online catering food safety in Wujin District,namely,weak binding of laws and regulations,weak supervision of regulatory subjects,disordered operation of objects,difficult to trace the process and relatively backward supervision mode.And further analyzes the causes of the above problems in five aspects: incomplete regulatory laws and regulations resulting in weak regulatory binding force;Weak supervision leads to weak supervision,low entry threshold of catering platform and catering provider leads to disorderly operation;The lack of supervision in all aspects of online catering leads to the difficulty in tracing problems and the lack of technical support in supervision leads to the backward mode.In order to further supervise the food safety problems of online catering in Wujin District,based on the theory of collaborative governance and information asymmetry,this thesis puts forward the following suggestions in view of the existing problems:Improve the laws and regulations of online catering,formulate the list of rights and obligations and safety standards so that the supervision can be based on;We will improve the regulatory capacity of functional departments,improve the regulatory system and means,and ensure that oversight is effective and effective.Third,standardize the operation behavior of online catering enterprises and third-party platforms,improve the qualification examination,complaint handling and traceability mechanism,so that the supervision of multiple parties involved;Fourth,strengthen the construction of online catering information platform,introduce big data and kitchen live broadcast,so that supervision has technical support.
