| After years of development,the real estate industry has become mainstay industry of the national economy,which is related to the economy and people’s livelihood and has been attracted much attention.At present,with the macrocontrol policy of real estate implemented by the state,many real estate enterprises adjust their strategies to find new profits,and their demand for talents is upgrading and transforming to high-quality compound talents.Campus recruitment is one of the recruitment channels,the key way to obtain highquality talents,and an important link to accumulate the human capital.By optimizing campus recruitment management,the accuracy and effectiveness of campus recruitment can be improved and a good foundation can be laid for talent team construction.The study took K Real Estate Company as the research object,focused on the problems existing in its campus recruitment management and optimization countermeasures.First of all,research background was briefly elaborated,the significance of the research was analyzed,the research objectives and research content were explained,as well as the research methods.Secondly,by reviewed the relevant research and literature,the concept of campus recruitment and recruitment management were further understood,the guiding function of competency theory and man-post matching theory in the study was analyzed,and the relevant research was reviewed.Third,from the organizational structure,personnel structure and other aspects of the introduction of K real estate company’s current situation,clarified the K real estate company’s campus recruitment working group and campus recruitment work process,questionnaires were sent to the employees and the candidates for interviews,interviews were conducted to obtain the opinions of the campus recruitment working group,the departments and the employees who joined the company through campus recruitment on campus recruitment management,combined the internal and external perspectives of the enterprise,the problems in campus recruitment management of K Real Estate Company were analyzed,included the campus recruitment plan was divorced from reality,campus recruitment working group lacked of professionalism,the interview details did not reach the designated position,the evaluation of the campus recruitment was not perfect,and the attendance rate of campus recruitment graduates was low.Finally,based on the opinions of various parties and the actual situation of K Real Estate Company,optimization countermeasures and guarantee measures were put forward from the work of recruitment in the early stage,the implementation process and recruitment later stage. |
