With COVID-19 prevention and control becoming normal and market competition intensifying,the pressure on enterprises to develop continues to increase.The drastic changes in the global market environment put forward higher requirements for enterprise operation and management.As the source of enterprise intelligence,human resource gradually exists as one of the strategic resources of enterprises,and its quality construction has become the top priority of enterprise work.Under the situation of global market turbulence,A energy enterprise is one of the representative state-owned energy enterprises in China,and the construction of human resource quality has gradually become the daily priority of A energy enterprise.At present,the staff training of A energy company closely centers on the core work of "structural adjustment and oil product upgrading",focusing on the training of new college students,aiming at improving the profitability and competitiveness of the company and providing talent guarantee for the realization of long-term and sustainable development.In terms of new employee training,A energy company presents A development trend of integrating internal and external,complementing theory and practice,and increasing breadth and depth.As A running link of training management,training effect evaluation provides A reliable and objective basis for the whole process of testing the scientificity and effectiveness of training,constantly guides the improvement and optimization of training content,and continuously provides talent reserve for A energy enterprise,thus promoting the high-quality development of human resource construction in human enterprises.According to A new energy enterprise staff training effect evaluation and improvement,in this paper,based on the collection of relevant theoretical achievements of access and study literature,to guide practice with theory and test theory with practice,to A new energy enterprise employee training effect evaluation problems to conduct systematic research and analysis,for the enterprise training practice provide scientific guidance for new employees.First,summarize the current situation of A energy enterprise;Then,questionnaires and interviews were used to explore the problems and causes of evaluation of new employee training effect in an energy enterprise.Then,in view of the reasons leading to the problems related to the evaluation of new employee training effect of A energy enterprise,the evaluation system of new employee training effect of A energy enterprise is improved and perfected.By combining the training practice of A energy enterprise,the evaluation index model of new employee training effect is established by integrating corleone model and CIPP model.Then use AHP analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to get the index weight and index score;Finally,the application guarantee measures of the improved A energy enterprise new employee training effect evaluation system are proposed.
