Analysis On The Influencing Factors Of Farmers’ Willingness To Withdraw From Homestead Study On The Impact Of Expected Return,Risk Expectation

The word homestead appeared and developed in the era of planned economy,mainly playing the function of housing security.China’s homestead system is more of a welfare nature,but due to the change of times,the function of homestead has also changed,the function of housing security has declined,some farmers are eager to obtain property income through homestead.Land use efficiency in rural areas is low,such as hollow villages.Rural homesteads are spread out while urban construction land is in short supply.For this reason,the withdrawal of homestead as an important practice of the pilot reform of rural land system is of great significance to revitalizing rural land resources,increasing rural arable land area and keeping the red line of 1.8 billion mu of arable land.(1)Research content: Taking Shouxian County,Anhui Province as the research object,this paper mainly studies the impact of farmers’ expected income and risk expectation on their willingness to withdraw from homestead from the micro perspective with the help of relevant economic theories.This paper analyzes the factors that encourage and limit farmers’ withdrawal intention and provides some suggestions for the government to guide farmers to withdraw from homestead voluntarily and with compensation.(2)Research methods: The factors affecting farmers’ withdrawal from homestead are understood through field distribution of questionnaires.Questionnaire questions are set according to expected returns and risk expectations.The collected data are sorted out and empirical analysis is conducted using sp SS20.0 and two-logistics modelConclusion: With the characteristics of farmers’ individual,family and homestead as control variables,in terms of expected income,the importance of farmers’ monetary income from homestead withdrawal has a significant impact on the results.The more rural households believe that the homestead can improve medical and educational resources,the more willing they are to withdraw from the homestead,which indicates that the government should properly arrange the medical security of rural households and the education of their children after the homestead withdrawal.In terms of risk expectation,reasonable compensation price will make farmers more willing to quit homestead.Those who think the cost of living is about the same or less are more willing to quit homestead based on the increase of cost after homestead withdrawal.The degree of concern about the stability of non-farm income also has a significant impact.The government should actively do a good job of farmers homestead after the withdrawal of compensation work,as well as new resettlement work.
