Analysis Of Factors Affecting The Withdrawal Willingness Of Rural Households In Urumqi Suburbs And Empirical Study

With the acceleration of urbanization,more and more peasants flock to cities to settle down.This requires the city to expand the scale of land acquisition and meet the needs of more and more new populations.The rural population has also led to the city.The homestead is largely abandoned.Due to the lack of a corresponding exit mechanism for the homestead,and the restrictions imposed by the hukou on the hukou,the peasants who entered the city did not dare to sell their homesteads.On the other hand,the price of the homestead was lower,and the farmers in the city were reluctant to sell their homesteads.The homestead is a rural household or individual used as a residential base to occupy and use the land owned by the collective.It is one of the most basic living guarantees for rural residents.At present,the current situation of rural housing sites in China has the following problems: the layout of homesteads is unreasonable,the area exceeds the standard,and the phenomenon of “hollow villages” is widespread.The idleness is serious,the process of homestead consolidation is slow,and the renovation of old villages is difficult.Since the housing site issue is related to the stability and prosperity of the rural areas,the state attaches great importance to the pilot work of the homestead.On the basis of various phenomena,the suburb of Urumqi was selected as the sample area,and 336 households were selected for questionnaire survey.The problems of the homestead and the actual situation of utilization were further analyzed through the processing of the questionnaire,and then through Logistic regression.Compare and analyze the major factors affecting the exit of the farmer's homestead,and then put forward corresponding reasonable opinions based on the regression results.Constructed 25 indicators including endowment effect,current situation bias,uncertainty aversion,anchoring psychology,herd demonstration effect,expected effect,fair preference,and altruistic behavior,constructing Logistic regression model,and testing the influencing factors of farmer's homestead exit The degree of significance is thus obtained.The results show that among the individual characteristics of the farmers,the age of the head of the household,the gender of the head of the household,and the negative impact on the homestead exit,among which the education level positively affects the exit of the homestead;the endowment effect,the current situation bias,the fuzzy aversion,the anchoring psychological negative influence on thehomestead Retreat;expected effects,herd demonstration effects,fair preferences,and altruistic behavior can positively affect the exit of the homestead.
