For a long time,developing agricultural economy,deepening rural reform,promoting farmers to increase their income,is the focus of the Party and the state work.In early 2021,the central committee of the communist party of China promulgated by the State Council on comprehensively advancing rural revitalization of the opinions of the modernization of rural areas to speed up agricultural clearly put forward the focus of the party work is settle well problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,must be comprehensively advancing rural revitalization as a major task,trying to speed up the modernization of agriculture,rural development,To enable farmers to live a better life.The important direction to realize agricultural modernization is to realize agricultural industrialization,which is a great reform of rural production relations under the development of market economy in the new period.For a long time,the realization of agricultural industrialization and the improvement of farmers’ comprehensive quality are also two hot issues discussed in the academic circle.To realize the industrialization of agriculture,it is necessary to combine production and sales closely,realize the integrated development from production to sales,change the small-scale production mode that has existed for a long time,and fully realize the efficient use of talents,technology and capital.In this,talents as an important support of agricultural modernization,their comprehensive ability,their own quality in which play an important role.Education is an important means to improve the comprehensive quality of farmers.We should clearly recognize the inseparable relationship between agricultural industrialization and farmer education,and they complement each other in production practice.On the one hand,the realization of agricultural industrialization needs to be guided by advanced science and technology and advanced management,which requires farmers to have higher comprehensive ability and quality,and can stimulate farmers to learn new technology to adapt to modern agricultural production to a certain extent.On the other hand,through learning and guidance,farmers can better serve modern agricultural production,so as to promote the development of agriculture and rural areas faster and better.Such,ability forms a virtuous circle development mode.In short,in the process of promoting the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,it is of great significance to give full play to the role of farmers,constantly improve their comprehensive quality and realize the personal growth of farmers.Improving the comprehensive quality of farmers is the focus of farmers’ education.At present,my country still has the problem of low comprehensive quality in some areas and some farmers,which cannot serve modern agricultural production well.Pengxi County is subordinate to Suining City,Sichuan Province.As a major agricultural province,Sichuan Province has good prospects for agricultural development and needs to be further developed.However,the advantages of some areas in Sichuan Province have not been fully demonstrated,and the comprehensive quality of farmers has not yet reached the requirements of modern agricultural development..This paper firstly analyzes the status quo of farmers’ quality in modern agricultural production in Pengxi County,in which the basic situation of farmers in Pengxi County,including gender,age,education,income etc.After investigation and analysis,it is found that the physical quality,scientific and technological quality,management quality,legal quality and ideological quality,environmental protection quality,innovation and entrepreneurship quality of farmers in Pengxi County need to be improved,and these qualities are all affected by three factors.: Policy factors,social factors and farmers’ own factors.Then,by studying the current situation of agricultural production in Pengxi County,the influencing factors and the interaction mechanism with farmers’ quality,and drawing on the excellent results of other regions,this paper puts forward the countermeasures for improving the quality of new farmers in modern agricultural production in Pengxi County.Finally,I believe that with the strong support of governments at all levels and the hard work of farmers,the modernization of agriculture and rural areas in Pengxi County will be carried out better.
