| Catering industry has the characteristics of broad market,rapid growth,great influence and can solve a large number of jobs.It is an important part of China’s national economy.As a small and medium-sized catering investment and operation company in the city,QS catering company has developed very rapidly since its establishment,but the problems are particularly prominent.A large number of grass-roots employees are the core basic force of the company’s development,but its performance appraisal problem has not been solved.The main reason is that there are defects in the performance appraisal of grass-roots employees,which can not scientifically and efficiently motivate employees to work better.Based on this situation,this paper selects the grass-roots employees of QS catering company as the research object,based on the reality of the enterprise,through analyzing the performance appraisal scheme of the existing grass-roots employees of the enterprise,carrying out questionnaires,interviews and other ways to understand their existing performance appraisal methods and corresponding implementation status,and analyze the problems existing in their performance appraisal.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the optimization of performance appraisal of grass-roots employees.Based on the strategic objectives of QS catering company,the key performance indicators of the restaurant are decomposed layer by layer.Through the actual combing of post responsibilities,the nature of work of different types of work is distinguished,and the contents of assessment indicators are designed differently.Finally,the key performance indicators are applied to the assessment of grass-roots employees.Using the analytic hierarchy process,which designs a set of quantifiable and easy to implement evaluation indicators more carefully.Furthermore,puts forward the corresponding implementation and guarantee measures,which overcomes the problems existing in the traditional performance evaluation and promotes the realization of enterprise transformation and upgrading.This study fully considers the particularity of human resources in the catering industry,and its results have positive practical application value for QS company.It is expected to have a certain reference for private enterprises committed to scientific management like QS company. |
