| With the popularization of mobile Internet,people’s demand for mobile network is increasing day by day.With the construction and leapfrog development of 5g network,it will bring revolutionary changes to enterprise production and social life.At the national level,it also puts forward new and higher requirements for the construction of new infrastructure,which requires accelerating the construction of new infrastructure and improving the level of traditional infrastructure.Lnyd company is responsible for the operation and construction of mobile communication network in Liaoning Province and provides real-time network services to users in Liaoning Province.Based on the large scale of users and the network construction,operation and maintenance in the whole province,a large number of bidding and procurement projects are necessary every year.It can be said that the procurement bidding management department has changed from a traditional single functional department to a more forward-looking department.Therefore,how to combine the production practice of lnyd company and learn from the advanced bidding management theory and practical experience of foreign and domestic enterprises to help lnyd company obtain better economic value is an important issue that lnyd company urgently needs to solve in bidding management.Taking the bidding management in the procurement field of lnyd company as the research object,this paper discusses the problems of lnyd company in the bidding management field,and discusses the countermeasures combined with theoretical knowledge.This paper mainly makes in-depth research and analysis from three angles:the integrity risk management of bidding personnel,the construction of evaluation expert team and supplier management.Combining the theoretical knowledge related to management with the reality of the development of lnyd company,taking the problems existing in the integrity risk management of project bidding as the starting point,this paper interprets and analyzes the problems and causes existing in the integrity risk management,introduces the project risk management theory and tools,solves the problems existing in the actual project bidding of lnyd company,and finally establishes the integrity risk prevention and control system of lnyd company’s project bidding.At the same time,combining the two factor theory of human resource management theory with the reality of the development of lnyd company,this paper analyzes the problems and reasons existing in the construction of bidding project evaluation expert team at the present stage,discusses how to mobilize the enthusiasm of project evaluation experts,solve the problems existing in the construction of bidding project evaluation expert team,improve the construction of lnyd company’s evaluation expert team,and then help the high-speed and good development of the enterprise.Combining the supplier management theory with the supplier management problems encountered by lnyd company in the bidding field,this paper deeply analyzes the deep-seated reasons for the problems of lnyd company’s supplier management,and uses the theoretical knowledge to explore the solutions. |
