| Affected by global COVID-19,the global economic recovery has weakened and the international financial market has been continuously oscillating.China’s economy has entered a stage of fluctuation.At the same time,with the deepening of China’s financial reform,the further promotion of interest rate marketization,the prominent phenomenon of financial disintermediation and the rapid development of financial technology,the traditional banking industry is facing more and more challenges.In this context,as a large state-owned commercial bank,one of the earliest commercial banks established in modern China,how to use its own advantages to break through the bottleneck of weak scale and profit growth.Meanwhile,Finding the right way of business transformation and development is a major problem facing Bank of Communications Wenzhou Branch as a municipal branch of state-owned banks.Based on the relevant basic theories and the author’s many years of experience in corporate business in Wenzhou Branch of Bank of Communications,this paper studies the corporate business transformation and development strategy of Wenzhou Branch of Bank of Communications.Through the analysis of the current business situation of Wenzhou Branch of Bank of Communications,it is found that there are some problems in the company’s business,such as the decline of profitability,insufficient financial technology support,unreasonable credit structure,slow investment banking,etc.,and the transformation and development is imperative.In the meantime,by learning from the experience of the transformation and development of large foreign commercial banks,the transformation and development goal of Wenzhou Branch of Bank of Communications is formulated.In addition,PEST method,Porter’s five forces analysis method and SWOT method are used to deeply analyze the internal and external environment of Bank of Communications Wenzhou Branch,and explore a way to maximize customer value,support new financial technology,integrate the whole business chain of Bank of Communications,give full play to the "full license" advantage of Group subsidiaries.To truly become a comprehensive financial business service provider for customers.In order to expand the customer group of the company,Enhance the core competitiveness of the market,establish the image of a comprehensive financial adviser,and move towards the transformation and development of an all-round financial service provider. |
