Based on the optimization research of corporate culture of China Telecom WZ branch,this paper explores how to help enterprises develop rapidly and transform effectively with the help of corporate culture.China Telecom WZ branch is a municipal branch of China Telecom Co and a grass-roots state-owned enterprise.In the process of enterprise transformation and development,the company not only failed to achieve the expected business results,but also appeared in a flat business development.For a long time,China Telecom WZ branch has carried out the corporate culture work according to the requirements of the company's corporate culture guidelines,and adopted the unified corporate culture system established by the group company.At present,the company's corporate culture is characterized by weak cultural power,and corporate culture can't adapt to the transformation and development of enterprises.It is obvious that there is a conflict between the lag of corporate culture and the rapid development of enterprises.The company in order to change the backward management situation,urgent need to establish a set of suitable for the actual situation of the company's corporate culture system,to create a strong competitiveness,encourage innovation of the corporate culture,the realization mechanism of corporate culture to promote the company's operating performance and achieve the goal of transition.The author of the study,on the basis of the theory of corporate culture,combined with the China Telecom WZ of the corporate culture,from the characteristics of enterprise culture system and enterprise culture construction in two aspects of diagnosis analysis of the enterprise culture,find out the reasons of the problems,according to the actual needs of the development of the enterprise and the enterprise culture of the original optimization principle.Corporate culture system was optimized to form better adaptability and maneuverability of enterprise culture system.At the same time,the author discusses how to guarantee the effective implementation of the optimized corporate culture system from five aspects:publicity and promotion,organization guarantee,system management,human resources policy guarantee and window culture construction.
