With the rapid development of economy,in order to meet people’s demand for financial diversification,the number of banking industries has grown by leaps and bounds,and the classification is more sound,diversified banking institutions are leading China’s economy to the fast lane of rapid development.In Wenzhou,a manufacturing-intensive city,banks play a pivotal role.In order to gain a place in the financial market,the diversified development of banking institutions has continuously adjusted their development strategies and optimized the existing structure of enterprises through the introduction of talents and technologies.At the same time,Banks’ increasing demands on employees have led to fierce competition among internal employees,resulting in a growing pressure on banking employees,"inner volume" makes anxiety and panic gradually spread in the hearts of employees,workplace pressure directly leads to psychological problems of banking employees,but also indirectly affects the development status of enterprises.Bank N is in the first place in the city commercial banks,known in the industry for its "wolf nature" culture,spurred employees to build a learning bank,and has also had negative public opinion incidents,employees have external pressure from regulators and customers,internal pressure from superiors and self-challenge.In this thesis,the definition of grass-roots employees is defined according to the research background,and the stress level test table and stress source scale are set up for the grass-roots employees of Wenzhou Branch of Bank N through literature induction method,questionnaire survey method and case analysis method.The current situation and causes of pressure are analyzed,and the pressure management of the grass-roots employees of the bank is implemented from the four stages of pressure prediction,pressure response,pressure treatment,and pressure aftermath,and the safeguard measures for the implementation of four points of pressure management: corporate culture,system implementation,and management mode are proposed.This article aims to help banks and employees understand the sources of work stress,establish a stress management process,reduce the inferior pressure of employees,improve employee productivity,and thus improve the economic efficiency of banks.
