| In recent years, with the release of a series of policy dividends, such as the rural revitalization strategy and supply-side structural reform,a large number of new agricultural enterprises have emerged, injecting new vitality into China’s economic development. However, due to the dual constraints of "new entry defect" and "small-scale defect",as well as the "weak quality" of agriculture itself, the overall performance of new agricultural enterprises is low.At the same time, however, there are still a number of new agricultural enterprises that have performed well in the fiercely competitive environment.Existing research has proved that in the early stage of the development of new agricultural enterprises, faced with basically the same living environment and survival factors, the strategic orientation chosen by each enterprise is the key to the success of the enterprise. As an open and cooperative attitude and tendency, network orientation can obtain resources and develop opportunities for new enterprises, which plays a very important role in continuously improving the performance of new agricultural enterprises. After reviewing the literature,it is found that there are few studies on the influencing mechanism between network orientation and the performance of new ventures at present, and there is a certain research potential in the research focusing on agriculture.Based on social network theory, strategic management theory and dynamic capability theory, and with the research logic of "corporate strategy-corporate capability-corporate performance",this paper constructs a theoretical model of "network orientation-dynamic capability-new agricultural enterprise performance".And use environmental uncertainty as a moderating variable, aiming to uncover the black box of the relationship between network orientation and the performance of new agricultural enterprises. This paper uses a combination of literature research, questionnaires and empirical research to collect 158 valid samples from senior/middle managers of new agricultural enterprises. The results are as follows:(1)Network orientation positively affects the performance of new agricultural enterprises;(2)Among the three dimensions of dynamic capability, learning ability and restructuring ability play a mediating role in the relationship between network orientation and performance of new agricultural enterprises, and the mediating effect of perception ability was not significant;(3)Environmental uncertainty not only positively moderated the relationship between learning ability and new agricultural enterprise performance, but also positively affected the relationship between learning ability and network orientation and new agricultural enterprise performance. The mediating effect has a positive moderating effect. Finally, according to the research conclusions,it provides suggestions for new agricultural enterprises to improve their performance from three aspects:improving the level of network orientation, attaching importance to the cultivation of dynamic capabilities and strengthening the attention to the external environment. |
