Research On Optimization Of Performance Evaluation System Of A Agricultural Insurance Company Based On AHP-FCE

China is a major agrochemic country,and the development of agriculture is a major part of the national economy.However,because agriculture will be strongly affected by natural factors,there will be a certain degree of loss in the process of agricultural production.In this case,the role of agricultural insurance is reflected.Nowadays,China’s agricultural insurance is mostly policy agricultural insurance.Its essence is an agricultural benefit policy,which is established to protect farmers’ income and agriculture.The level of implementation of agricultural insurance companies in the operation process is then very important.Therefore,the performance evaluation of agricultural insurance companies has attracted more and more attention,but at present,the performance evaluation system of most agricultural insurance companies is not perfect,and the performance evaluation is a mere formality.Based on this,by sorting out relevant letters and theories on the system for assessing the implementation of agricultural insurance at home and abroad analyses the current situation and there are problems with assessing the implementation of the insurance company,uses the Balanced Scorecard to establish an optimized performance evaluation system,and uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index in the entire system,then form a set of scientific performance evaluation system.And use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to measure the performance of A agricultural insurance company in the optimized performance evaluation system,and finally put forward some safeguard measures and suggestions when using this system.The performance evaluation of other agricultural insurance companies can be used as a reference to further optimize the performance of other agricultural insurance companies.
