Research On The Effect Of Big Data Analysis Capability On Ambidextrous Innovation Of Enterprises:The Mediating Effect Of Dynamic Capability

Big data is the engine of the development of digital economy.Big data analytics capability can well help enterprises find opportunities from complex multi-source heterogeneous big data,transform them into competitive advantages,and then serve the ambidextrous innovation of enterprises.Dynamic capability can help enterprises identify / perceive the key resources needed in enterprise innovation in the complex and changeable competitive situation and uncertain environment,match and use the obtained resources,strengthen and expand resources,enhance the market flexibility of enterprises,stimulate the innovation activity of enterprises,and continuously promote the innovation ability of enterprises.Therefore,this paper constructs a new research framework to study the impact of big data analysis capability on enterprise’s ambidextrous innovation through the mediating role of three dimensions of dynamic capability,namely opportunity perception capability,resource integration capability and resource reconstruction capability.Firstly,the paper analyzes the connotation of big data analytics ability and the related concepts and dimensions of enterprises’ ambidextrous innovation,and the concept and related dimensions of dynamic capability are defined.Secondly,the paper constructs a theoretical hypothesis model of the relationship between big data analysis capability,dynamic capabilities and enterprises’ ambidextrous innovation.This paper puts forward the theoretical hypothesis of big data analysis capability on ambidextrous innovation,theoretical assumptions about the impact of big data analysis capability on opportunity perception capability,resource integration capability and resource reconstruction capability of the dynamic capability,the theoretical hypothesis of the impact of opportunity perception capability,resource integration capability and resource reconstruction capability of the dynamic capability on enterprises’ ambidextrous innovation,the theoretical hypothesis of the mediated roles of opportunity perception capability,resource integration capability and resource reconstruction capability of the dynamic capability between big data analysis capability and enterprises’ ambidextrous innovation.The empirical model of the impact of big data analysis capability on enterprises’ ambidextrous innovation through mediated roles is determined.Thirdly,the questionnaire is designed,the relevant variables are measured,the sample data are collected and analyzed,the reliability and validity are tested,the structural equation model is verified and the intermediary effect is tested,and the empirical results are analyzed.Finally,according to the empirical test results,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the ambidextrous innovation of enterprises focusing on the big data analytics capability and dynamic capability.
