Research On The Competitive Ability Enhancement Of Electronics Manufacturing Enterprises By Automatic Testing

China has always attached great importance to the development of manufacturing industry,which is defined as the foundation for building a country and the foundation for strengthening the country.Both the National Action Program and the 14th Five-year Plan issued by The State Council have made it clear that China will vigorously develop the manufacturing industry and implement the strategy of manufacturing power.Electronics manufacturing plays an important role in the whole manufacturing industry,which can not only solve the employment of a large number of people,but also provide higher profit margins,which is in line with the national industrial upgrading policy.However,in general,China’s electronic manufacturing enterprises are not advanced enough in technology,their profit rate is still at a relatively low level,and their development also has some problems.Taking a enterprise as the main research object,this paper attempts to study how the application of automatic testing in enterprises can help enterprises enhance their competitiveness based on the practical problems in enterprise production and operation.The main research results of this paper are as follows:1.Designed and implemented a complete set of automatic test system for power supply testing,covering all aspects from hardware assembly,software architecture,program coding to the final system implementation.In the process of software design,we investigated the similar automatic test system in the market,combined with the production characteristics of X enterprise,made functional innovation and humanized configuration to the software design,which greatly improved the usability of the system.2.In the application scenario of automatic test,based on real field data,this paper makes a comprehensive data comparison between automatic test and manual test from the data consistency of test results,test efficiency,cost and other aspects.3.In connection with the theory of enterprise competitiveness,this paper identifies the competitiveness of X enterprise,sort out a set of evaluation indicators of enterprise competitiveness,and makes an in-depth analysis of the improvement effect of the application of automated testing on enterprise competitiveness.Analysis Angle includes human resource Angle,cost Angle,factory capacity Angle,product quality influence Angle,enterprise innovation and technology accumulation Angle,etc.Finally,it is hoped that the automated test studied in this paper can be helpful to all electronic manufacturing enterprises.The automated test solution can help enterprises enhance their competitiveness and also help upgrade China’s manufacturing industry.
