Research On Project Quality Management Of Supply Chain System Based On Whole Life Cycle

With the development of electronic information,more and more enterprises begin to accelerate the digital transformation,relying on Internet information technology to solve the problem of enterprise supply chain management,creating value for enterprises.In the new environment of economic globalization,information management system has gradually become an indispensable tool in the process of enterprise supply chain management and operation.Supply chain management system serves the upstream and downstream enterprises of the whole supply chain,provides comprehensive supply chain information integration and management functions,and undertakes the flow of information,capital and logistics of the whole supply chain business,which determines the normal operation of the whole upstream and downstream business.When the business operation of enterprises is more and more dependent on information management system,the stability and availability of management system has gradually become the key indicators that enterprises attach great importance to.In the process of project management,quality management is an indispensable management activity,and it is also the most important step to ensure the successful delivery of the project according to the expected requirements.Quality management should not only on product inspection and supervision,should go deep into the whole project management cycle as a whole and planning stages,so this paper mainly based on total quality management theory,mainly emphasizes participation and carry out total quality control of the whole project management process,combining the theory of six sigma management at the same time,The process and objectives of quantitative data assessment,truly fine quality management.In the process of research and demonstration,Z company’s compliance quality inspection supply chain project and K Company’s procurement supply chain project are taken as practical cases to summarize and analyze each link in the life cycle of the whole project,find out the factors affecting the quality,and give corresponding solutions.Finally,a set of quality management model is abstracted based on the whole life cycle of project management and suitable for supply chain management system project.This paper takes the RESEARCH and development node in the project management process as the core,and abstracts the whole project management life cycle into three stages:pre-process,in-process and post-process.Then,according to the objectives of each stage,it further disintegrates the sub-stages to elaborate the factors affecting project quality in each sub-stage and corresponding solutions.Through the overall planning of project quality management,finally improve the quality of the whole project delivery.In the future,this management model not only provides effective help in the quality management of supply chain management system projects,but also has certain guiding significance for the quality management of other types of software projects.
