Research On Influencing Factors Of Satisfaction Degree Of Elevators Installed In Old Residential District Of Y City X

By the end of 2021,the permanent elderly population aged 60 and above in J province was 18,836,800,accounting for 22.15%of the permanent population.The permanent elderly population aged 65 and above reached 14.496 million,accounting for 17.04%.J Province has entered the "aging society".Y City,located in the center of J Province,is one of the cities with the highest degree of aging in J Province and has entered the "aging society".Even though J province is an economically developed province in China,it is still faced with great challenges of aging.Y City,as a city in the middle position of economic development in J Province,is also facing great pressure.The addition of elevators not only serves the elderly,but also the middle-aged and disabled people in need,reducing their chances of travel injuries and restoring their enthusiasm to go out to exercise or interact with others.In addition,a large number of old communities equipped with elevators will drive the development of the whole supply chain related industries,promoting the economic recovery and further development of our country.With the implementation of relevant policies of the central government,various places have started to pilot and implement relevant policies,and the number of additional elevators has been increasing year by year with rapid progress.Y City has so far realized the addition of elevators in existing residential buildings in 69 old residential areas of the city,and the addition of elevators in other old residential areas is still in progress.Based on the literature and current situation,this paper finds out the influencing factors,influencing paths and influencing mechanisms among the influencing factors of satisfaction degree of installing elevators in old residential areas of Y City.In this paper,the current situation of satisfaction with the addition of elevators in the old community of Y City mainly comes from the field survey and interview of residents in the old community of Y City.The extraction of influencing factors is mainly through the analysis of previous research literature;The path analysis of the influence machine is mainly obtained by structural equation model.Based on the research analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Government support,residents’ participation,community organizations,norms and standards,and long-term management all have significant positive effects on the satisfaction of the old residential district in Y City with the addition of elevators;(2)According to the total utility,the influence degree of each influencing factor can be ranked as follows:government support,residents’ participation,community organization,norms and standards,long-term management;(3)The indirect influence of government support on satisfaction through residents’ participation,community organizations,norms and standards,and long-term management are all significant and positive.Based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward the following policy recommendations:(1)Fully and effectively play the supporting role of the government;(2)Cultivate residents’ participation awareness and improve their participation level;(3)Give full play to the role of the community and build a good community environment;(4)Standardize and install related indicators of elevators to promote benign and sustainable development.
