With the deepening of reform and opening up,China’s economic development is transforming from quantity to science and technology.Electronic ceramics is regarded as an important strategic new material,the core of passive electronic components,and also an important technology frontier in the field of electronic information technology.The development of electronic ceramic industry is of great significance to the breakthrough of Chinese electronic information technology.Thanks to the support of the national policy and the huge market demand of the domestic electronics industry,optical fiber communications,national defense industry and many other industries,the market scale of our electronic ceramics industry is constantly expanding.In recent years,with the rise of 5G technology and new energy automobile industry,the demand for high-end electronic ceramic materials has surged,and China’s electronic ceramic industry has entered a rapid development stage of optimization and upgrading.In this context,enterprises should be based on existing resources,scientific measurement of the speed of development,reasonable evaluation of development quality,to prevent largescale expansion and project construction caused by capital disconnection and serious financial crisis.Therefore,it is of great significance to evaluate the development status of electronic ceramic enterprises and analyze the potential problems under the current strategy from the perspective of financial strategy.In this paper,SH Group,a representative enterprise in the electronic ceramics industry,is taken as the case study object.Based on the data and information disclosed in the annual report of the enterprise,the financial strategy and implementation effect of the enterprise are studied.First of all,this paper introduces the basic situation of SH Group,and elaborates the specific implementation status of the current corporate financial strategy from four aspects,namely investment,financing,operation and dividend distribution,in combination with the analysis of the enterprise’s overall development plan and the internal and external environment of financial strategy.Secondly,the theory of sustainable growth and the theory of enterprise value creation are taken as the theoretical basis of constructing the financial strategy matrix,and the financial strategy matrix evaluation method is used to evaluate the implementation effect of the enterprise’s own financial strategy on cash surplus and value creation from a vertical perspective.In addition,factor analysis evaluation method is used to compare the financial strategic performance between SH Group and domestic listed companies in the same industry from a horizontal perspective.From the results of the financial strategy matrix,SH Group is currently located in the first quadrant of the financial strategy matrix,which is consistent with the expansion development strategy of the enterprise at the present stage,but also exposed the problem of capital shortage.In the factor analysis evaluation,the comprehensive score and ranking of SH Group’s financial strategy declined,which is related to the declining efficiency of enterprise investment profit,insufficient use of financial leverage,inventory management and other problems.Finally,based on the above evaluation results,the paper puts forward optimization suggestions in line with the current development plan of the enterprise for the deficiencies in the financial strategy,including strengthening the risk management of investment projects,increasing the investment in research and development to improve the efficiency of results conversion,diversified financing channels,refined management of inventory commodities,reducing cash dividends and trying stock dividends.It is hoped that the case study of SH Group can provide certain reference for the financial strategy optimization of relevant enterprises in the industry.
