Analysis Of Trina Solar’s Corporate Performance In The Context Of Green Supply Chain Management

With the rapid development of China’s economy and technology,the country is facing increasingly serious environmental problems.While promoting economic growth,traditional industries also have a negative impact on resources and the environment.Under the guidance of the concept of sustainable development,with the aim of saving resources and protecting the environment,and with the starting and ending point of ensuring steady and positive economic development,to promote the green innovation of enterprises has become the key driving force of sustainable development,and is also the inevitable choice for enterprises to overcome difficulties.The green supply chain management is the combination of green energy-saving concept and traditional supply chain management,to realize the important strategy of reducing,reusing and recycling the circular economy at the enterprise level,which is also a good and fast way for Chinese enterprises to get out of the difficulties.The article takes Trina Solar as the research object,analyzes the impact mechanism of Trina Solar’s green supply chain management on corporate performance,and derives its impact effect on corporate performance.First,it systematically composes the relevant literature on green supply chain management and corporate performance,defines the relevant concepts,clarifies the connection between them,and elaborates the relevant theories used in this paper,which provides the theoretical basis for the case study of this paper;second,it introduces the case.Then,Trina Solar’s corporate performance is evaluated and analyzed.Through the analysis of financial performance,non-financial performance,and market value performance,the performance of Trina Solar’s enterprise performance under green supply chain management is evaluated.After the above analysis,it is concluded that Trina Solar’s non-financial performance,financial performance,and market value performance have all been improved to different degrees,and its green supply chain management model has promoted the growth of corporate performance;Finally,we analyze the mechanism of Trina Solar’s green supply chain management affecting corporate performance based on three paths:environmental performance and social reputation,social concern and market positioning,and resource utilization efficiency and profitability;Finally,the relevant findings are summarized and corresponding insights are drawn,while the research shortcomings and outlook of this paper are pointed out.The conclusion of this study can be used as a reference for other photovoltaic enterprises to build green supply chain,enrich the research results of green supply chain management,and contribute to the formulation and improvement of relevant legal supervision documents.At the same time,it will help to build a clean,efficient,low-carbon cycle of high-quality green PV industry system,balance the economic and social effects,and then promote the good and fast development of our PV industry.
