In the macro situation of economic transition and development,competition among companies has become increasingly hot,and in the intricate and easily changing market environment,companies need to adjust their own organizational structure.In the contemporary society with the continuous development of Internet technology,the company’s business as well as competition model has gradually changed.Under the situation of continuous development of new business and emergence of new business models,the company constantly optimizes its organizational structure,while the traditional type of organizational structure has the problems of too long decision-making chain and insufficient synergy.In addition,the organizational structure of these companies is not flexible enough to provide strong support for the company’s rapid adaptation to market changes.Since Chaoxing was established in 1993,with the continuous expansion of its scale,the traditional type of organizational structure has also presented problems such as inefficient and unmotivated employees.In 2011,as the problems became more and more prominent,the company leaders realized the constraints of the traditional organizational structure on the development of the company and started to make changes to the organizational structure.After the implementation of the organizational structure flattening changes,a unique set of cell management model was formed after more than ten years of adjustment and precipitation.Under this management model,the company operates with great efficiency,which appears to be a near-perfect management model from the surface,but whether there are hidden dangers is the purpose of this paper’s focus of inquiry.Based on literature reading method,interview survey method,questionnaire survey method and other research methods,this paper starts from the cognition of the current management model by the working employees of Super Star.We understand the development history of the company’s organizational structure and analyze the possible problems in the existing management model.Firstly,the domestic and foreign research materials and literature of empowerment authorization theory were reviewed,followed by the description and analysis of relevant concepts of organizational structure,characteristics of flat organizational structure,etc.On the premise of establishing an evaluation system,the organizational structure of the company was subdivided into four major structures of hierarchy,department,function and authority for analysis;and work guidance,power appointment,participation in decision making,personal development,results and goals were used in empowerment authorization theory.The company’s flat organizational structure was evaluated by using the nine major expressions of empowerment and empowerment theory:work guidance,authority appointment,participation in decision-making,personal development,support,process control,result and goal control,recognition of work achievement,paternalistic leadership,and provision of guarantee.Based on the evaluation results,the characteristics and problems of the existing organizational structure of Super Star were concluded.Through the above study,we found that Super Star’s organizational structure has problems such as incomplete empowerment and authorization,easy formation of interest groups and difficulties in employee promotion.In the future development of the company,we need to improve the performance evaluation system,establish a broadband salary system and pay attention to employee skill development,so as to solve the problems in the organizational structure of the company and ensure the healthy and rapid development of the company.
